How Does Shipping work?
SHIPPING:
Our normal mode of shipping is via the SA Post Office Ordinary Parcel Post.
From ONLY R30 to R45 for orders up to R350. (Mosaic shipping costs may be slightly higher)
Orders over R350 Free of charge via Ordinary parcel post.
Postage normally takes approx 3-7 working days to reach you.Goods are shipped on proof of payment. A tracking number is supplied.

Port Elizabeth Customers can choose to collect by arrangement, after the order and payment are complete............. Customers are also welcome to request a specific courier collection, at the customers own cost.

How Do I Pay?
You can pay via Bank Deposit, Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), or Credit Card.........Credit cards are handled Virtual Card Services (VCS).....Once you have confirmed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you, and will have our banking details if you have chosen to pay via EFT or bank deposit.
IF for some reason a product is out of stock or sold out,and payment has already taken place, you will be given the option of either store credit or a refund.

What if Something is Sold out?
IF for some reason a product is out of stock or sold out,and payment has already taken place, you will be given the option of either store credit or a refund.
IF a product is out of stock or sold out, and payment has NOT taken place, you will be notified immediately and your order amended online.

What if I place an order and change my mind?
You are welcome to change, or cancel your order entirely, prior to payment, at no cost or obligation.
If you have already made a payment, and the goods have not been shipped yet, you are welcome to make any changes, or request a refund.
Once shipping has taken place, you can return the order, in the same condition as it was supplied to you, for a refund, excluding the shipping costs.

Returns
If for some reason, you are not happy with the goods, you may return them to Crafty Stuff, within 10 working days, in the same condition that they were received, for a full refund of the cost of the goods (ie. excluding postage)

Credit Card Security & My Personal Information
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Crafty Stuff by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. Users may go to www.shopdirect.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Crafty Stuff separately from card details which are entered by the client on ShopDirect’s secure site. For more detail on ShopDirect refer to www.shopdirect.co.za

Our Guarantee
If you have bought goods and are not happy for any reason, you are welcome to return the goods to Crafty Stuff at PO Box 15657, Emerald Hill, 6011. You will be refunded the full cost of the goods (excl original postage), no questions asked. Payment will be refunded as soon as the goods are received back at Crafty Stuff.
